Indicium has a wide range of mobile computers, barcode scanners and label printers available for rental. We can also realize a temporary infrastructure, for example for an event where you need Wi-Fi coverage.
We make the equipment fully ready for use with the correct settings and applications, so that you can get started right away.
We rent the equipment per week, per month or a pre-negotiated term. Do you need the equipment for longer? Then you can extend the rental period without any problems, for as long as you need the equipment.

In addition to the hardware mentioned above, Indicium also offers software for the event industry. We offer a total solution for scanning tickets and printing badges.
TicketControl is a system where tickets can be checked online and in real time at the location of the event. This way, false or duplicate tickets cannot be abused. TicketControl is suitable for events of 500 – 100,000 visitors and can be linked to any e-ticket sales system.
The Dutch government requires the scanning of test and vaccination certificates for access to events and activities. Organizers therefore have an extra challenge during access control. With the rental scanners from Indicium you have a flexible and efficient solution for scanning Corona tickets and any tickets. Our rental scanners are compatible with the government’s CoronaCheck App and have a professional barcode scanner, with which you can easily scan the QR code from a mobile phone.
