If your device is defective, Indicium can handle the repair or replacement of your device in close cooperation with the manufacturer.
For a quick and efficient handling of your repair, we ask you to fill in the RMA form below as completely as possible with a clear description of the complaint.
The manufacturers we work with each have their own warranty period and conditions. If the reported defect is not covered by the warranty, you will always receive a quote of the repair costs prior to the repair. The device will only be repaired after you agree to this. Without approval, we are forced to charge research costs for a return. In case of debit (without return shipment) we will not charge these costs.
